Managing Expections - including anticipating how students will access your instructions:

How about time committment for the facilitator?
*Very high, especially in the beginning because you are managing expectations (avoiding a high drop out)
*Usally twice as much for facilitator
What about when you lose a learner?

*"match" up the faster with the slower (mentor)
*have some work for the advanced to do (so they don't get bored)
*find out why, technical (can control) vs. motivation (can't do a whole lot?)
