Motivators

Per Bonk: I recommend books like Roger von Oech A Whack in the Side of the Head as well as A Kick in the Seat of the Pants. Both books are quick plane reading types of books that link to motivators you can use. von Oech majored in the history of ideas I think at Ohio State and you will find his books full of ideas. There is also a creative whack pack of cards that you might get and a new book. The difficulty I have is that some use this on weekend workshops for engineers and accountants. But can you get a 35 year old engineer to become more creative over the weekend when he or she was not before? I think not. As a former accountant, I do not hold up much more hope for accountants and CPAs either.
