Hi Jennifer,

 Nice summary of an interesting article. We can definitely see elements of constructivism at work here:

  • collaboration
  • goals set by the learners (in this case, employees)
  • the teacher (or leader) as facilitator
  • negotiation of meaning by the learners (employees)
