BAD VONAGE...

I CANCELLED MY SERVICE AUGUST 13,2008. I JUST FIND OUT (IT IS FEB.OF 2009) THAT THEY ARE STILL TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD--- I HAVE A CONFIRMATION # FOR THE CANCELLATION. I TALKED TO A REAL PERSON. (I THINK) I ALSO DID NOT KNOW THAT I WAS STILL "ACTIVE" AND COULD STILL USE MY ACCOUNT INFO. TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT-- ON THE STATEMENT I PRINTED OUT FROM MY BILLING HISTORY, IT SAYS THAT THEY ARE STEALING $30.00 EVERY MONTH FROM THE TIME I CANCELLED!!!WTF??? AND TO BEAT THE DEAD HORSE EVEN MORE, THERE WAS A $299.99 FEE- I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS OR WHERE IT COMES FROM,--I DID NOT KNOW--AS SOME OF YOU DID NOT KNOW, ABOUT ANY COMMITMENT TO THIS SH---- COMPANY. OR ANY CANCELLATION FEE. ISN'T THAT KIND OF THE POINT OF VONAGE--TO SAVE MONEY???? I AM TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOME (NIT WIT) TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON AND THEY OWE ME $299.99 OR AT LEAST THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM MY CREDIT CARD--AT LEAST $150.00 SINCE I CANCELLED. I DID NOT HAVE MANY PROBLEMS WITH VONAGE---------BOY DO I NOW.
