Been cancelling since APRIL OF THIS YEAR!

So I cancelled in April. Vonage promptly closed my acount. And then they opened it back up without me knowing and have been charging me every month since. So I call and cancel again last month using their awful call redirection hell through poor connections, foreign accents, and "no you really don't need to cancel." They hung up on me. So I call my credit card company to reverse the charges.
This month Vonage charges me again! I'm now calling my card company to block Vonage and I look forward to challenging Vonage's creditors in court.
