I never realized how horrible Vonage was until I tried to cancel! My sister has the same problem as well. I have had this crazy phone service for almost 2 years now and wanted to cancel when I moved in with a friend and didn't use it anymore. The servie was horrible, always sounded like I was in a tunnel somewhere if BFE!!! People hated calling me and I hated answering the phone!! When I told them I wasn't even using it they told me about the cancellation fee and I could not pay that at the time. They told me they would just charge me the bare minimum and would give me a credit, well the credit never showed up on my account and I was charged again the higher rate. I have been so frustrated with this company. If you or anyone else gets a class action lawsuit against them please let me know. I would gladly stand up against this company for ripping people off all these years!! It has been very frustrating indeed!!!!
