... yes ... my niece signed up with the scammers ... er ... Vonage and when the service didn't work after weeks of trying and troubleshooting in her apartment (it actually ended up knocking out her Internet connection whenever it was plugged into the modem) they offered her the more "economical" option (to pay a lower monthly fee) vs cancel and pay the early termination fee. VONAGE SUCKS and it has for years. DO NOT SIGN UP OR YOU WILL BE SIGNING UP FOR NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION!
