Problems cancelling service

As other people have stated, i have had a horrible experience cancelling my service. I got vonage so i'd be able to fax, but something went wrong from the begining. I cancelled my service thru cust. service and numerous times via email, all to no avail. The phone has not been used nor has any other services yet they continue to bill me. Ive changed my credit card to avoid them taking funds from my acct. This company is a scam. PERIOD!!! They sell you pipe dreams is all. I plan on suing them if they continue letting my bill add up. I cancelled..thats it.
