Hi Elias, Zotero makes importing PDFs super easy: You just drag the PDF into Zotero, it magically indexes the full text, and then with a single click, magically works out all the citation information and makes it into a new record in the library. See here for more details. http://www.zotero.org/support/retrieve_pdf_metadata You can do a whole folder at a time. I've done up to 50 PDFs in one go - it takes a minute or two to index them and find all the info, but that's about 4 hours quicker than doing it all manually! It doesn't always get them all, especially for old papers without DOI, and there sometimes are a few minor errors which are really easy to clean up - but it's still awesome. I couldn't believe my eyes the first time I tried it!
