Performance Mode (ex. Lab and Field Work?)
Explain it, then ask group to go out in their own world and come back and report it to the group.

Class Management Issues:
Managing Expections - including anticipating how students will access your instructions:
*e-mail
*syllabus
*faq
*welcome message

How about time committment for the facilitator?
*Very high, especially in the beginning because you are managing expectations (avoiding a high drop out)
*Usally twice as much for facilitator

What about when you lose a learner?
*sidebar
*"match" up the faster with the slower (mentor)
*have some work for the advanced to do (so they don't get bored)
*find out why, technical (can control) vs. motivation (can't do a whole lot?)
