Seeking Literature

I’m helping nearly 30 students prepare literature reviews over the next 14 weeks. In the process, I’m building my own skills at quickly finding sources (e.g., peer-reviewed academic publications) related to myriad topics. While Google Scholar is still my go-to first stop, I’m very much enjoying Semantic Scholar I’ve been diving into after searches on the Consensus app. Consensus is an AI-based tool where you “Ask a question, get conclusions from research papers” from Semantic Scholar, also an AI-based research tool from the Allen Institute for AI. Over the next semester, I plan to dig into these other alternatives.
